Poster paper comes on rolls so one dimension must be 36 inches or less.

Files must be pdf format. Multiple PDF files can be included in a zip file.

Before submitting, please verify that your pdf file dimensions are close to your requested poster dimensions. A small amount of scaling is possible, large amounts not. For example, we cannot resize a 8.5" x 11" file (letter size) to 36" x 48" (typical poster size) as it will result in a poor quality poster with pixelated images. Staff will review your file before printing and incorrectly sized files will be returned to you for addressing, resulting in a delay in printing.

We try our utmost to print posters within one business day. If you are printing more than 5 posters we may require more than one business day, dependent on current workload. If you have questions about lead time for a high volume of posters, for example if you are responsible for organizing poster printing for a conference, please email support@dal.ca. If we are notified ahead of time we can make arrangements with you to ensure your printing is done on time.

Please note that our printing service should only be used for posters that will be on short term display, such as conferences and presentations. Posters will fade if on display for extended periods.
